Why should French fries be frozen?
Many raw French fries bought in the supermarket are frozen, so don't thaw them. First of all, French fries tend to soften when exposed to air. Secondly, French fries that have been left for a long time will also become soft. But if you freeze it in the refrigerator for an hour and a half before frying it, the fried French fries will be fragrant and crisp, and the pot will be filled with 12 ounces of raw oil. Boil. Dip the French fries in the batter and put them in boiling oil. Don't burn too much when frying, so as not to burn. When the French fries are fried to golden brown, they can all be picked up and eaten. You can dip it in juice or salt and pepper when eating. It tastes delicious and mouth-watering. That's why French fries should be frozen in the refrigerator before eating.
Raw materials: potatoes
Seasoning: cooking oil, black pepper and salt.
Production method:
1, peeled and washed potatoes, and cut into strips with a thickness of 1.2 cm.
2. Put cold water in the pot, put potato chips in, cook (you can try one piece, it is better to cook the potatoes soft), and drain the water after taking out.
3. Put cooking oil in the pot. When it is 60% hot, add potato chips. When the potato chips can float on the oil surface, take out and drain the oil.
4. After the fried potato chips are completely cooled and softened, put them into a fresh-keeping bag (I used a bag filled with Ejiao before), spread them into a thin layer, and lay them flat in the refrigerator for freezing overnight.
5. Before eating, take the potato chips out of the freezer, put them in a 60% hot oil pan, and fry them with medium and small fire until the skin is crisp and golden. Sprinkle black pepper and salt while it is hot, and mix well. It tastes delicious.
After the French fries are frozen and fried, they will remain crisp in about 5 minutes-success!
