1. Ingredients: appropriate amounts of minced garlic, scallops, light soy sauce and vermicelli.
2. Fry the minced garlic until it changes color and becomes fragrant.
3. Clean the scallops with a toothbrush, and then pry off the cover with a knife.
4. Soak fine vermicelli in warm water until soft.
5. Place the scallops on the plate, top with vermicelli and fried garlic.
