Balamic vinegar
1.5g

Steps
1. Prepare the materials.
2. Chop green onions and mince 4 cloves of garlic. If you like a strong taste, you can chop more.
3. Use a toothpick to pass between the first to last section and the second to last section of the shrimp body, pick up and break the shrimp line, then pinch the broken thread end and stretch out the shrimp line.
4. Cut off the shrimp legs and tentacles and clean them.
5. Soak the vermicelli in water until soft.
6. If the vermicelli is too long, remember to cut it into two sections with scissors and lay them on the bottom of the plate.
7. Place the processed shrimp on top of the vermicelli.
8. Add 2 spoons of light soy sauce, half a spoon of sugar, half a spoon of balsamic vinegar, a little chicken essence, a little pepper, half a spoon of salt and 3 spoons of water into the bowl to make a sauce.
9. Add a little oil to the pot and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
10. The minced garlic must be stir-fried until the flavor comes out; then pour the sauce.
11. Turn off the heat when the sauce boils.
12. Pour the soup evenly over the shrimp.
13. After the water in the pot boils, steam over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
14. After steaming, take it out and sprinkle chopped green onion in the center of the plate. Heat another tablespoon of oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, it will smoke white. Pour it on the surface of the chives while it is still hot. (If you find it troublesome, you can omit this step and garnish with chopped green onion directly)
Tips
1. The amount of seasoning in the eighth step can be increased or decreased according to your own taste.
2. When handling the shrimp thread, pull it out slowly. If you can't, just cut the back of the shrimp and pick it out.
