2. Then add white sugar (just use ordinary bagged white sugar) to the bowl and mix well again.
3. Add milk (ordinary boxed milk is enough), and the ratio of milk to eggs should be controlled at 1:3.
4. Filter with a strainer. This is to remove excess bubbles in the liquid.
5. Seal the bowl with plastic wrap, then stick a few small holes with a toothpick, put it on the gas stove, and steam on medium heat 15 minutes or so.
6. Don't open it at once. You should stew for a while and then open the lid, so that delicious milk and egg custard are ready.
