Ingredients: 1/3 cups of tender ginger slices, 1/2 Jin pork intestines, 2 onions, flour, 1/3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, 1/2 tablespoons salt, 1/3 tablespoons sesame oil.
Exercise:
(1) Wash the pig's small intestine to remove grease, then turn the inside of the pig's small intestine out with chopsticks, scrape it with flour and rinse it with clear water. This step is repeated many times until the pig's small intestine is completely washed.
(2) Boil 1 pot of boiling water, put it into the small intestine of Sichuan pig, immediately remove the fishy smell, wash it with cold water, drain it, cut it into 3cm long sections for later use, and wash the onion and cut it into sections for later use.
(3) Take an oil pan, add shallots and stir fry until fragrant, add tender ginger slices and pork intestines and stir fry in turn, then add all seasonings (except sesame oil) and stir fry, cook until it tastes good, turn off the fire and pour sesame oil on it.
