Preparation materials: potatoes-two? Bacon or ham.-whatever. Cumin powder-a little? White sesame-a little? Salt-right amount? Olive oil-moderate amount

Potatoes need not be cut, but cut into organ shapes, each piece is almost 0.5cm thick (pictured).

Wrap the potatoes in tin foil, preheat the oven at 250 degrees 10 minute, and then put the potatoes in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

Bacon or ham is marinated with cumin powder, salt and olive oil 10 minute.

After baking in the oven, peel off the tin foil, put the bacon or ham in the potato, brush with a layer of olive oil, and sprinkle with cumin powder and white sesame seeds.

Put it back in the oven, without wrapping tin foil, the middle layer of 200 degrees, 15 minutes can be baked.
