Peigen alley
A handful of Artemisia selengensis
Ten millet peppers
Half a garlic
How to stir-fry bacon with Artemisia selengensis?
Soak the bacon in rice washing water and slice it. Remove the old part of Artemisia selengensis and fold it into medium length. Chop the millet pepper and garlic cloves for later use.
Absorb excess water and grease from bacon with kitchen paper towels.
Stir-fry the fat part of the bacon first, then add the millet pepper and garlic foam and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the lean meat of bacon and stir fry together.
Add Artemisia selengensis and stir fry. Put a little salt and sugar, and a proper amount of chicken essence.
Add a little cooking wine and stir-fry until Artemisia selengensis is broken, then take it out of the pot.
