Crabs can be cooked with winter melon. Here is how to do it.
Prepare ingredients: crab, winter melon, oil, salt, cooking wine.
1. First clean the crabs, then peel and clean the winter melon, cut it into small pieces and set aside.
2. Then we remove the crab shell from the cleaned crab and cut the crab gills with scissors, as shown in the picture below.
3. Heat the oil in the pan, add the prepared crabs, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and stir-fry evenly.
4. Then pour in the cut winter melon, add appropriate amount of water and boil until cooked, as shown in the picture below.
5. After boiling, add a spoonful of salt to season, then simmer for a few minutes before serving.
