Is beet a radish?

How to preserve beets

Hiding in the field or outside the cellar for a period of time (about one month) can gradually reduce the respiratory intensity of seed roots and make them freeze or wilt. In this way, when storing seeds in winter, the seeds are already in a dormant state, and frozen seeds can also be excluded to ensure the storage quality. Beets can also be placed in a cold place, washed and drained, and packaged in plastic bags for refrigeration. If you want to keep it for a long time, you can wash it first, then cook it, cool it, slice it, pack it and freeze it, so it can be kept for eight months.
