Steamed eggs with sausage
Composition:
2 sausages, 1 egg, ginger, onion, salt, cooking wine.
Exercise:
1. Slice sausage, shred ginger, and lay flat on a plate;

3. Steam in the pot until the sausage is oily;

Composition:
Sausages, potatoes, corn kernels, green beans, carrots, salt beans, sesame oil, salt.
Exercise:
1, rice washing and soaking 1 hour;
2. Slice sausages, dice potatoes, dice carrots, wash green beans and corn and control water;

Composition:
Chiba bean curd 200g, sausage 120g, green garlic 50g, oil 30ml, sugar 5g, lobster sauce 1 spoon, 3 slices of ginger, 3 slices of garlic and soy sauce 10ml.
Exercise:
1, slice the thousand pages of tofu, wash the green garlic, and cut the stems and leaves respectively;
2. Prepare garlic slices, ginger slices and lobster sauce;
3. Heat oil in a hot pot, add tofu one by one, fry on medium heat until golden on both sides, and pick it up;
