The Long Street Banquet is a traditional custom of the Hani people. The Angmatu Festival is a festival for the Hani people to worship the village god and pray for rain. It is also the most grand festival for the Hani people as farmers. On the day of the festival, every household makes yellow glutinous rice, three-color eggs, pigs, chickens, and fish. , duck meat, beef jerky, muntjac jerky, meat floss, peanuts, Happy Valley Dance red rice and other nearly 40 kinds of Hani-style dishes.
