Main ingredients: 200 grams of lean meat, 200 grams of winter melon, 1 red pepper, 6 garlic cloves,
Accessory ingredients: 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 5 grams of salt, 10 ml of soy sauce, 5 grams of chili powder, 5 grams of thirteen spices, and 3 grams of chicken essence.
1. Wash all the ingredients, cut the lean meat, broccoli and red pepper into slices, flatten the garlic cloves with the back of a knife and peel off the skin.
2. Pour vegetable oil into the pot and heat it until it is 70% hot. Add the garlic cloves and stir-fry until the garlic aroma is released.
