Raw materials: bacon, white radish

Production method:
1. Wash the bacon with warm water, then soak it in clear water for 1 hour until it is soft and cut into pieces; Wash the white radish and cut it into hob blocks; Cut onion into sections; Sliced ginger; Wash coriander and cut into small pieces.
2. Put clear water in the casserole, add bacon, add cooking wine and onion ginger, bring to a boil over high fire, turn to low heat for 1 hour, add radish pieces, add salt, and continue to stew over low heat for one hour until the bacon is crisp and rotten, and sprinkle with coriander segments.

Production method:
1. Wash scallops with warm water to remove surface impurities, put them in a container, add onion, ginger, cooking wine and broth, and steam them in a cage for 30 minutes.

3. Stir-fry onion and ginger, add radish, pour scallop and steamed scallop stock, add salt and cooking wine, bring to a boil over high heat, turn the heat down to 10 minute, and add monosodium glutamate to taste.
