Seven. responsibility for breach of contract
1. Party A and Party B shall strictly abide by the matters agreed in this contract. If one party breaches the contract, the breaching party must bear the liability for breach of contract and bear the economic losses caused to the other party.
2. If Party B violates the national and local food hygiene management regulations and the company's staff canteen hygiene management system, and Party A causes food poisoning due to providing unclean food, Party B shall be responsible for compensation and bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
3. If Party B's poor management leads to poor food quality and hygiene, and rectification under the supervision of Party A is ineffective, Party A has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, and Party B shall bear the liability for breach of contract.
