I took courses in lamb production, beef production, livestock husbandry and animal nutrition. Worked as a veterinary surgical technician. After college, while preparing to enter veterinary school, I worked as a nutrition intern at Colorado State University. It all adds up to a thorough look at nutrition. The more I learn about animal nutrition, the more I think about how the same concept can be applied to people. I went on to earn ten more advanced certifications. That's what I love. I found my calling, I became a private practice nutritionist and health counselor; before I knew it, I opened several beautiful and active health clinics, including my first in Fort Collins, Colorado Integrative health clinics, tranquil and zen-like clinics in Beverly Hills, vibrant Burbank clinics next door to Warner Bros. and Disney Studios and the Los Angeles Equestrian Center, and Irvine, Calif.
