Fried meat with dried bean curd;
Composition:
Shredded lean meat, dried bean curd, soy sauce, starch, cooking wine, ginger, garlic sprouts, bean paste, salt and sugar.
Fried meat with dried bean curd;
1. Clean the lean meat first, cut it into strips, stir the soy sauce and starch cooking wine evenly and marinate for a few minutes before using.
2. Cut the ginger into powder, cut the dried bean curd into strips, and then wash the garlic sprouts and put them out for later use.
3. Pour the oil into a hot pot and heat it until it is half cooked. Add shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add bean paste and stir fry in red oil.
4. Pour the shredded pork into the pot, and then stir fry quickly and evenly.
5. Add sliced dried beans, stir well, add water and turn to low heat for 5 minutes to taste;
6. When the soup is dry, you can add the garlic sprouts and stir well. Add the right amount of salt and sugar to taste, and you can go out of the pot!
Fried dried bean curd with leek moss
Ingredients: dried bean curd, oil, refined salt, red pepper, leek moss, fresh soy sauce and ginger.
Exercise:
1. Wash dried beans and slice them.
2. Wash the leek moss and cut it into sections of about 5 cm.
3. Wash and cut the red pepper into pieces, remove the tendons and cut the filaments.
4. When the oil in the pot is hot, add shredded ginger and stir fry.
5. Pour in shredded dried bean curd and shredded red pepper and stir-fry until the shredded dried bean curd becomes soft.
6. Sprinkle a little salt.
7. Pour in a tablespoon of fresh soy sauce and mix well.
8. Pour in leek moss and stir fry until soft.
