Method:
1. Wash the chicken legs and blanch them to remove the blood.
2. Change the water and cook.
3. Remove the bones.
4. Heat the oil, add pepper and star anise and fry until fragrant.

6. Cut the chicken legs into barcodes and put them on the plate, then pour the sauce on them. Stir-fried shredded white radish with shrimp skin

Method
1. Wash most of the radish and grate into shreds.

Method:
