How to make potato jelly delicious?
Composition:
100g potato starch, 300g amaranth, 1 root shallot, 1 root coriander, 3 cloves garlic, 2 millet peppers, 3g Chili oil, 2g soy sauce, 1g vinegar, 1g sesame oil,/kloc-0.
The method of potato jelly:
1, pour a proper amount of water into the pot, bring to a boil, add amaranth and cook for 2 minutes, take it out, and let the water for cooking amaranth cool;
2. Put the potato starch into a bowl, add the water for boiling amaranth and stir it into a paste;
3. Pour the remaining amaranth water into the pot, bring it to a boil, turn on a small fire, pour in the starch paste, stir while heating until it is thick, turn off the fire, pour the starch into a large bowl, and naturally cool and solidify with cold water;
4. Take a small bowl, add chopped green onion, coriander, minced garlic, millet pepper, Chili oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, salt, chicken essence and pepper, and mix well to make juice;
5. Take out the bean jelly after molding, cut it into long strips and put it on a plate, then pour the juice on it.
Tips:
Potatoes don't cut easily when frozen. You can wet the kitchen knife with water before cutting.
