Ingredients: shredded pork, green pepper, water bamboo, black fungus and ginger.
Seasoning: soy sauce, rice vinegar, raw flour.
Production method:
1. Heat 20-25g oil, add ginger and stir-fry for 5 seconds.
2. Add shredded pork and stir fry for 20 seconds.
3. Add other side dishes and stir fry for 40 seconds. Pour in the sauce and add 50 ml of water.
4. When the water is slightly dry, add rice vinegar and corn starch water (add water and shake well before pouring), stir-fry evenly, and put it out of the pot.
