Steps of spicy griddle potato chips
1. Peel potatoes and wash onions, peppers and carrots separately.

4. Cut the potatoes into pieces with a thickness of about 2mm, soak them in cold water twice, remove and drain.
5. Slice the onion, pepper and carrot for later use.

1. After slicing potatoes, be sure to rinse off the excess starch in the potatoes with cold water, otherwise it will be easy to paste the pot.
2. If the potato chips are not fried immediately after being cut, soak them in cold water to avoid oxidation and blackening.
3. Make it with a non-stick pan and brush it with a layer of oil. Other pots may need more oil, and some are fried. Personally, I think that's a little too greasy.
