4, put the washed duck feet, soak for a day, and taste.
Pickled duck feet material:
1, a catty of duck feet.
2. Half a bottle of pickled peppers.
3. About half a cup of pure water or cold boiled water.

Exercise:

Chicken Feet with Pickled Peppers
1. Select a big chicken claw, wash it, chop it from the middle (the whole chicken claw can be used), put it in a boiling water pot, cook it for 10- 15 minutes, then take it out and let it cool.

Duck feet with pickled peppers
Wash duck feet several times, and then drain.
Add white vinegar and a little salt to boiling water, blanch the duck feet and put them in cold water.
Make another pot of water, the amount of which should not exceed the duck feet. Boil white vinegar, cooking wine, sugar, salt, pepper, pepper and ginger together, and let cool for later use.
It will take at least a day to taste the duck's paw in cold soaking water.
