Ingredients: Toast (I bought it in a bag at Box Horse), sliced cheese, sliced ham, sterile eggs (safe to flow), tomatoes, lettuce, plastic wrap (important! This cut won't spread out)
Steps:
1. Spread plastic wrap on the cutting board (no need to cut it), and then put a piece of toast.
2. put a piece of cheese (you can keep it if you don't like it ~ other materials can be combined freely)
3. Heat the pan and pour some oil. When the oil is hot, turn on a small fire, fry an egg on both sides until it is 70% cooked, and fry two slices of ham at the same time (I used a heat conducting plate in this step, so the pot is heated evenly ~)
Spread fried ham
5. spread fried eggs, tomato slices and lettuce (sprinkle some black pepper on the eggs)
6. Cover with another slice of ham
7. Finally, cover the toast, wrap the sandwich horizontally and vertically with plastic wrap, and then cut it in half.
