(1) 4 green peppers, 300g tenderloin, half yellow pepper, appropriate amount of onion and ginger, sweet noodle sauce 15g, sugar 3g, cooking wine 10g, starch 5g, salt, sesame oil and soy sauce 10g.
(2) Shred tenderloin, and wash and shred green pepper.
(3) Add a little salt, sugar and cooking wine to the shredded pork and soy sauce, stir the starch evenly and marinate for a while.
(4) Heat oil in a wok, pour in shredded pork, stir-fry until it changes color, and take it out for later use.
(5) Stir-fry shallots and ginger with base oil.
(6) Add the sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry until it is fragrant.
(7) Pour green pepper and yellow pepper into shreds, add a little salt and soy sauce, and stir-fry the sugar evenly.

2, honey ribs
(1) pork chop 500g, 3 star anise, a little soy sauce, lemon 1 piece, 2 tablespoons oil, 3 slices of ginger, half garlic, honey 1 spoon, and a little soy sauce.
(2) Cut the pork chop into sections and fry it slightly (about 2 minutes) to control the excess oil.
(3) Put the ginger and garlic into the pot, add the ribs, add some soy sauce (color matching), star anise and boiled water (soaked meat), and turn down the heat to cook until cooked (separation of flesh and blood).

3. Potato barbecue
(1) 500g potatoes, 250g pork, 4 peppers, a little salt, 2 tablespoons cooking wine and a little chicken essence.
(2) Cut the pork into pieces and marinate it with salt and cooking wine for 5 minutes.
(3) Dice potatoes and peppers.
(4) Stir-fry the marinated pork until the meat turns white, and then take it out.
