working methods
1. Wash pork tenderloin in advance, peel off the white film on the skin, cut it from the side, remove white material from pork tenderloin, and cut flowers with a knife for later use.
2. Shred the onion, shred the red pepper and cut the dried red pepper into small pieces.
3. Boil a pot of boiling water, cook the pork tenderloin until cooked, and add appropriate amount of sorghum wine after the pork tenderloin.
