How to fry green beans with loofah?
Peel the loofah, wash it, and cut it into strips of loofah about five centimeters. Wash the white film on the surface of green beans with water.
Peel and slice two cloves of garlic, and then cut them into garlic paste with a knife. Hot pot cold oil. Open the fire to heat the pot, and you can feel the heat with your palm. Turn down the heat, pour in the salad oil, and stir-fry the minced garlic until you can smell it.
After the garlic is fragrant, pour the loofah into the pot, stir-fry over high heat for 1 min, and then pour in the green beans.
Continue to stir fry for about a minute, and see that the green beans turn green obviously.
Pour water into half a bowl and drown the bottom of the pot. Add salt and chicken essence at the same time.
After five minutes, take out the pan and put it on the plate. If there is too much water, you can hook a thin layer to help collect the juice.
