Tighten the bottle cap and start pickling. After several days of curing, the volume of lemon gradually decreased due to the precipitation of water. Depending on the situation, you can add a few green lemons and some sea salt to it. Salted with pure salt can be eaten after half a year. The longer the curing time, the better the effect.
After curing for 20 days, add some green lemons and seal the noodles with salt.
