Specific practices
1, soak the vermicelli in warm water, and divide the beef balls into two halves for later use.
2. Stir-fry minced garlic with a little oil in the pot, add beef balls and boiled 10min, add a little salt, add soft vermicelli and cook for about 2min, and add lettuce.
3. Add a little light soy sauce and cook 10s, then serve.
