Traditional Indian triangle fried dumplings Samosas method
Mix yogurt, ginger powder and salt in a large bowl, add flour and stir to form dough.
Dust the chopping board and knead the dough until it doesn't stick to your hands.
Cut potatoes into small pieces, cook them in water, take them out and grind them into mashed potatoes. Add butter and stir well.
Put a little oil in a frying pan, add minced garlic, minced onion, carrots, frozen vegetables and Indian spices, and fry until cooked. Mix with mashed potatoes.
Divide the dough into 8 small pieces, roll it into a standard circle (you can use a small bowl to shape it upside down), and then cut a knife in the middle of each piece to form 16 semicircles.
Put the stuffing into each semicircle, fold it in half and knead it into a triangle. Press the edge with a fork to prevent the stuffing from leaking out when frying.
Fry in the oil pan until golden brown. The delicious Samosa cake is ready! !
