Braised sea cucumber is the highlight of my family's New Year's Eve dinner this year. I cooked this dish myself. Braised sea cucumber tastes salty, fresh and palatable, and it is very delicious.
The ingredients and production steps of braised sea cucumber are as follows:
Ingredients:
1g of sea cucumber, 2g of green onion, half a piece of ginger, 1g of oyster sauce, half a spoonful of salt, 1 spoonful of water starch, 2 spoonfuls of cooking wine and 1g of oil
Production steps:
Step 1: soak the sea cucumber and wash it for later use.
Step 2: Boil the water, add the onion and ginger slices, pour the sea cucumber after the water boils, and add 1 teaspoon of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell. Cook for 3 minutes on medium fire, then remove the sea cucumber and drain the water for later use.
step 3: add 1g of oil to the pot, add chopped green onion and simmer until the chopped green onion turns golden.
Step 4: Bring water to the boil, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar and sea cucumber and simmer for 1 minutes. Add two spoonfuls of scallion oil and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5: Take out the sea cucumber for later use, leaving the soup without sea cucumber and soaking for 5 minutes.
Step 6: Take the pan, add the shredded onion with scallion oil, add the light soy sauce, take out the sea cucumber, put it in the pan and cook for 5 minutes, and add 5 grams of salt and 1 grams of sugar.
step 7: thicken the sea cucumber after 5 minutes when it has shrunk by more than half, add the water starch into the thickening for three times, and pour three spoonfuls of scallion oil for three times, and then serve.
Tip:
Sea cucumbers will melt in oil, so be careful when you put them.
