What should tinnitus eat?
First, add more zinc-containing foods to three meals a day

Research shows that one-third of the elderly people with tinnitus and deafness have zinc deficiency to varying degrees. Adults can maintain balance by taking 15 mg of zinc every day. The foods containing the most zinc are oysters, liver, coarse grains, dried beans, nuts, eggs, lean meat and fish, black rice, coarse flour, onions and so on.

Second, eat more fish food properly.

Fish is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, which can free colloidal neutral fat and cholesterol from the blood vessel wall, thus avoiding hyperlipidemia, and to some extent avoiding the aggravation of tinnitus and deafness.

Third, eat more soy products properly.

The contents of iron and zinc in soybeans are much higher than those in other foods. Iron supplementation can dilate blood vessels, soften red blood cells and ensure blood supply to ears.

One more thing. Tinnitus sufferers must remember to stay away from spicy, sweet, greasy, tobacco and alcohol foods and drinks, which are very bad for tinnitus.
