Production method:
1. Put the watery bird's nest in a small pot (dry bird's nest is soaked in clear water for three or four hours, then unhairing and removing impurities, then slightly soaking in boiling water, taking it out and soaking it in cold water for four hours, finally scalding it in a boiling pot, taking it out, brewing it in warm water, decanting the original juice, then brewing it in warm water, decanting the original juice.
2. Add 500 grams of clear water to the crystal sugar, boil it with low fire until the saccharified juice is thick, filter out impurities with gauze, then pour 150 grams of pure sugar juice into a small bowl of bird's nest, drain the sugar juice, then pour the remaining pure sugar juice into the bird's nest, steam it in a steamer for five minutes with high fire, and sprinkle with cherry slices.
