Steps
1. Prepare potatoes, radish and cabbage. I use whatever vegetables are available at home. Cut the potatoes into small pieces, grate the radish, and cut the cabbage into small pieces
2. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add a small handful of millet, don’t add too much, and add noodles later....
3. Cut the potatoes into small pieces, wash them and put them in the pot to cook together

4. Cook until the rice grains swell and add shredded radish
5. Add cabbage
6. Add noodles. I saw others adding hand-rolled noodles, but I don’t have them at home. I used dried noodles
7. A little bit of bean paste, vinegar, and peppercorn noodles. You can add them as you like. I saw other people’s recipes adding onions, garlic, oil, heating them, and then pouring them into the pot, because I don’t know how. I eat onions and garlic, so I just heat up a spoonful of oil and add it in. It’s delicious and the taste is quite light. Then add salt and stir evenly.
