Wash the duck leg and scratch it on the surface (buy a duck leg because it loves your shape)

Add cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, allspice powder and ginger slices, and marinate for more than 3 hours, preferably overnight (the reason why there is no ginger slices in the picture is that there is no ginger at home? If you have any suggestions, it is better to supplement them.

Brush the oil with tin foil and wrap the duck leg (be careful to wrap it completely when roasting for the first time, and don't open it as shown in the picture). After preheating in oven/air fryer 190 ~ 200℃, put it in, bake it for about 20mins, then take it out and brush it with honey. This time, open it without package 15min or so, observe in the middle, and bake it to the highest color.

1. It was baked in an air fryer at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, and then baked in an oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Friends who don't have an air fryer can use the oven directly, and the skin of the air fryer may be more brittle ~

2. The first roasting must be wrapped, so as to roast the meat thoroughly. If it's open, it's probably tender outside.
