Ingredients: chicken, potatoes, green peppers, onions, ginger, garlic and dried peppers.
Exercise:
1. Sauce: 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of bean paste, 1 spoon of white sugar, and mix well.
2. Heat the oil in the pan, fry the potatoes until both sides are brown, and remove them for later use.
3. Heat oil in another pan, add onion, ginger and garlic dried peppers to stir fry until fragrant, add chicken, stir fry until dry, add juice and continue to stir fry, add appropriate amount of water, simmer for 15 minutes, add potatoes and stir fry, and finally add green peppers. Continue to stir-fry onion segments over high heat and collect juice.
