1. Better kill the chicken now. If not, chicken wings, chicken wings and chicken legs bought in the supermarket will do. Wash and cut into pieces for use.
2. Put a proper amount of water in the casserole (be sure to put enough water at one time, and try not to add water when stewing, preferably casserole), pepper, ginger slices and chicken pieces, and never put salt.
