Remove impurities from soybeans and wash them.
Put it into a soybean milk machine and beat it into soybean milk.
Filter out the bean dregs for later use.

1. Don't filter the bean dregs too dry or add water, so leave some soybean milk in the bean dregs, which is original.
2. The bean dregs must be stirred when they are cooked in the pot, otherwise it will spoil the bottom of the pot (in fact, all the bean dregs we use are cooked, so it is ok to take a shorter time)
3. Using the residue of whole-grain soybean milk (soybean, peanut, sesame) will be more delicious and especially fragrant.
