Ingredients
Two potatoes
100 grams of lean meat
One green onion
A small amount of ginger block
An appropriate amount of garlic
An appropriate amount of dried chili pepper
An appropriate amount of cooking oil
An appropriate amount of white vinegar
An appropriate amount of salt

Steps in cooking
1. Peel the potatoes, wash them and shred them (and rinse them with cold water, there is too much starch)
< p>2. Wash the onion, ginger, garlic and pepper, and cut into chopped green onion and shredded ginger. Garlic slices, chili powder (because I cooked another dish at the time, the accessories were put together)3. Wash and shred the lean meat (you can add some cooking wine to marinate it). I will cook it. I also put some in at the end. If you like the color darker, you can also add some soy sauce.
4. Prepare the materials and start cooking. Pour in the cooking oil, ginger and garlic into the pan and sauté until fragrant (pour the oil in Turn off the pan to prevent sticking)
5. Start adding shredded pork and stir-fry
6. Stir-fry until all colors change, then add a little cooking wine.
7. Turn off the heat and set aside.
8. Next, heat the wok, pour in cooking oil, and sauté the garlic until fragrant (if you feel the pan is burnt, you can clean it to prevent Potatoes stick to the pan)
9. Rinse the shredded potatoes with cold water and pour them in. As mentioned before, rinse with cold water
10. Stir-fry evenly
11. Add dried chili powder and stir-fry (the chili I chose is spicier, just add a little bit)

12. Stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of white vinegar, and pour in the previously fried shredded pork
13. Continue to stir-fry, add appropriate amount of salt, and stir-fry
14 , appropriate amount of chicken essence, stir-fry evenly.
15. Turn off the heat and sprinkle in chopped green onion.
