Every Mid-Autumn Festival in August, everyone will eat moon cakes and enjoy the moon. In addition to eating moon cakes, we will also have another essential and very distinctive snack-Fansha taro. Every Mid-Autumn Festival, every family here will worship the Moon Mother. On this day, we locals will prepare moon cakes and so on. Then in the evening, we will make a boiled taro, put it on the upper terrace or the table on the roadside, and offer a set of kung fu tea, a cup of kung fu tea and a bite of taro sand, which is delicious in the world. I remember when I was a child, I could smell taro everywhere I went in the Mid-Autumn Festival at night.
