How to cook fish with Chinese sauerkraut tastes good
Composition:
300g of fish, 200g of sauerkraut, 20g of pickled pepper, 5g of pepper, 2 star anise, eggs 1 piece, 3 cloves of garlic, ginger 1 piece and onion 10g.
The practice of pickled fish:
1, cut sauerkraut into sections and chop pickled peppers;
