Ingredients: shrimp, fresh shellfish, fish, salmon, cod, shellfish, clams, mussels and tomatoes.
Accessories: chopped green onion, minced garlic, four cloves, half a cup of white wine, a loaf of cream, a can of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons of whipped cream or fresh milk, coriander or rosemary (for decoration).
Steps:
1. Remove the shell and intestines from the shrimp, cut the fresh shellfish in half according to the size, blanch them in boiling water and take them out.
2. Shell seafood is cooked with boiling water, and can be taken out after opening the shell, washing and removing sand;
3. Stir-fry the fish until it is 70% mature, and cut into pieces for later use;
4. Peel and dice the tomatoes and melt the cream in the pot;
5. Add onion and garlic, stir fry on low heat, and the fragrance will soften in about 5 minutes;
6. Add white wine, add chopped tomatoes and continue to fry for 5 minutes;
7. Add a can of tomato sauce, 4 cups of water and 2 tablespoons of whipped cream;
8. Boil the fire and simmer for 20 minutes;
9. Add all seafood and cook for 2 minutes;
10. Add salt and season with black pepper.
