Ingredients: 2 knots of lotus root, 200g of glutinous rice, 400g of brown sugar and water.
Practice steps:
1. The glutinous rice is soaked in advance.
2. Take out the soaked glutinous rice and drain it.
3. Wash and peel the lotus root, and scrape the clean lotus root to the pedicle.
4. Choose full ones and fill them with glutinous rice.
5. Soak the lotus root segments with pedicels cut off in clean water for 5 minutes, and then dry the water. There is a little sediment in the lotus root hole. Soak it and wash it clean.
6. Fill the soaked glutinous rice into the lotus root hole. When filling glutinous rice, fill it with chopsticks, otherwise it will not be filled.
7. Add water to the pressure cooker, add brown sugar and heat until the brown sugar melts.
8. Put the lotus root stuffed with glutinous rice into brown sugar water, cover it and start heating. After the fire boils and the pressure cooker makes a loud noise, turn to low heat and continue to press for 60-80 minutes.
9. Don't open the lid immediately, simmer for about 20 minutes, take out the glutinous rice lotus root, cool it, slice the glutinous rice lotus root, put it on a plate, and pour the original juice on it.
