Maotai-flavor type, also known as Maoxiang type, is mainly distributed in Chishui River, the only original ecological tributary of the Yangtze River in China, and belongs to Daqu liquor. Its sauce flavor is outstanding, elegant and meticulous, mellow, with a long aftertaste, clear and transparent, and its color is yellowish. Secondly, the raw material is local red cherry sorghum in Guizhou. The local sorghum is solid and full, even and dry, with small particles and thick skin, which is most suitable for brewing Maotai-flavor liquor. There is also its cultural heritage and the spirit of Bayi soldiers, which has won the favor of a large number of consumers.
