Ingredients: cabbage (750g), carrot (25g) and green pepper (50g).
Accessories: Apple (100g), onion (20g), leek (30g), garlic (40g), flour (35g) and Jiang Mo (25g).
Exercise:
One: First, wash the cabbage and tear it into large pieces (never cut it with a knife), cut carrots into long strips and green peppers into strips.
Two: Then sprinkle with salt and marinate for about two hours. Wash leeks and cut them into one and a half inches.

Ten: Finally, put the chopped leeks into the paste and mix well. Several materials are mixed together for use.
Eleven: After the cabbage is marinated for two hours, the marinated soup should be kept clean and rinsed with clear water.
Twelve: Pour the pepper paste mixture mixed in advance into Chinese cabbage and mix well.
Thirteen: Start the fermentation. Put the mixed cabbage into a sealed bag, squeeze out the air by hand, press the zipper to prevent the air from entering, and cover it with an ordinary plastic fresh-keeping bag, which is thick.
Fourteen: Leave it at room temperature for two hours, and then put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration. You can eat it in 24 hours, and it takes longer in winter. At this point, the operation is complete.
