Ingredients: peas, pork belly, garlic, oyster sauce, salt, cooking wine, sugar and oil.
Step 1- Clean both ends of peas first, then boil the water, add a little salt, and pour the washed peas into blanched water, which will make the finished products green and not easy to change color.
The second step-I chose pork belly, so that I can fry lard, and the fried dishes are more fragrant. We cut the pork belly, clean it and drain it for later use.
The third step-wash the pot, open the hot pot, pour in the pork belly with fat, and add lard.
Step 4-Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the other half of thin pork belly and stir-fry for 1 min, and add proper amount of cooking wine, oyster sauce and a little sugar.
Step 5-Finally, pour the blanched peas and stir fry for 1 min, add appropriate amount of salt and stir fry for 1 min.
Fried onion with eggs
Ingredients: onion, egg, salt, oyster sauce, sugar, oil.
Step 1- Peel the onion, cut it in half, cut it into small pieces, and finally clean it for later use.
Step 2-Beat the eggs into a bowl, stir them evenly with chopsticks in the same direction, and mix the egg liquid and yolk.
Step 3-Pour oil in a hot pan, pour the prepared egg liquid, fry it in medium heat until it becomes a block, and then divide it into small pieces with a shovel.
Step 4-finally, pour in chopped onions and stir-fry them with eggs for 2 minutes. Some people fry onions, then add fried eggs, and often make recipes. Everyone can play freely. Finally, add the right amount of salt, oyster sauce and a little sugar to eat!
