Users can change the default layout of Word picture wrapping mode, as follows:

Step 1, open the Word window, and click Tools → Options menu command in the menu bar.

Step 2: Switch to the editing tab in the opened options dialog box, select other wrapping methods (such as "wrapping") in the "Picture Insertion/Paste Method" drop-down menu, and click "OK" after setting.

When you insert or paste a picture in Word, its default wrapping mode is Embedded. "Embedded" wrapping mode does not support rotating or dragging pictures, but its layout must be set to "wrapping" or "compact" to achieve the purpose of moving at will.
