How to cook your own food?
Tired of unchanging recipes, did the young mother think of new dishes when she was in the baby's room? Then, instead of going out to buy, it is better to cook a delicious meal for the baby yourself.

The weather is very hot, and sweating and rash are unbearable for the baby. Therefore, mommy should spend some time DIY some small cold drinks for the baby to relieve the summer heat. Dear Bao, I recommend some simple small cold drinks that babies like to eat. Everybody study together ~

The weather is hot, and children especially like to eat cold drinks, but the cold drinks on the market always make people feel uneasy. Then, we will do it ourselves, and it will be fun to pull the baby together!

Watermelon paste

Ingredients: Watermelon (preferably seedless watermelon), honey or condensed milk.

Exercise 1:

1. Take the pulp of watermelon and put it into a blender to make watermelon juice.

2. Filter out watermelon seeds with a strainer. When filtering, squeeze watermelon sauce with a spoon to facilitate juicing.

3. Put the filtered watermelon juice in a fresh-keeping box, put it in a refrigerator and freeze it. Take it out and stir it every 2 hours. Ice residue will appear on the edge of the container. When the watermelon juice is completely frozen into ice residue and stirred evenly with a spoon, the watermelon smoothie is ready. Just pour some honey or condensed milk when eating.

Exercise 2:

1. Take the pulp of watermelon, remove the seeds, cut it into small pieces, and freeze it directly in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours.

2. Take out the watermelon ice, put it in a blender, break it into smoothies, and pour in a little condensed milk or honey.
