Preparation materials: appropriate amount of egg yolk salad dressing, pumpkin 1, potato 1, a little milk, an egg, a little salt and a little black sesame.
First, the first step is to peel the prepared pumpkins and potatoes with a knife and set them aside for later use, as shown in the figure below.
Second, cut into pieces and steam in a steamer for half an hour, then add a little salt into a bowl and mash it into mud.
Third, add a little milk, just a little, because the pumpkin is full of water, and add some milk to enhance the flavor.
Fourth, add the eggs to continue mashing, and then add the egg yolk salad dressing, as shown in the figure below.
5. After adding the egg yolk salad dressing, stir well, and then sprinkle some black sesame seeds, so that the pumpkin potato egg salad mud is ready.
