Stir-fried leek with clam meat

Ingredients: 1 handful of leek/kloc-0 (about 400g), 200g of clam meat, 2 teaspoons of salt 1/,2 teaspoons of sugar1/,2 teaspoons of cooking wine and 2 teaspoons of corn oil.

Practice: 1. Pick and wash leeks and cut them into small pieces.
