Pork Ribs in Sauce
Ingredients
100g pork ribs, 100g spicy peanuts, 10ml cooking wine, a little each of sugar, corn starch, light soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and coriander 5g each leaf, 15ml juice
Method
1. Cut the ribs into small pieces; mince the garlic; marinate the ribs with cooking wine, light soy sauce, minced garlic, and juice for 4 hours Then pour in the dry starch and mix well.
2. Pour enough oil into the pot, fry the ribs for half a minute and then remove.
3. Leave a little oil in the pot, add pork ribs, minced garlic, white sugar, and spicy peanuts, stir-fry evenly, remove from the pot, and garnish with coriander leaves.
