Water

A little salt

Note: The amounts of all ingredients are random and there is no particularly precise amount.

How to make roasted nut cereal?

Preparation work: chop the nuts in ingredient A, chop the dried fruits in ingredient B, and mix the ingredients in C

A mix and spread into the baking pan, C mix well and pour in (the solution in some recipes needs to be heated to facilitate mixing. I didn't heat it, it's ok). Use a spatula (chopsticks or spoons are acceptable) to mix well and try to make the ingredients covered with liquid.

Oven at 150-160 degrees for 30-40 minutes, adjust according to the temperament of your own oven. Every ten minutes or so, take it out and turn it over.

Take out of the oven and stir in ingredients B. It's a little soft when you take it out, but becomes crispy after cooling. After cooling, put it into a bottle and seal it for storage.

Tips

1. Dried fruits cannot be put into the oven together with nuts, because they are easy to stick to the bottom and become bitter. After taking it out of the oven, stir it in and use the residual heat of the baking pan to heat it up.

2. The amount of all ingredients is random, unlike making cakes, which requires precision. For nuts, I basically use 1:1. Dried fruits can increase the sweet and sour effect. If you like more, add more; if you like less, add less.

3. There should be a small amount of salt in the liquid. It is used for seasoning. Just pinch a little with your hands. If honey and brown sugar are not available, you can choose either one, with appropriate amounts of oil and water. Try to ensure that all ingredients in the baking pan are covered with liquid.

4. Thickened yogurt must be mixed in to make it delicious. Yogurt that is too thin will not be effective. A cup of yogurt and cereal for breakfast, plus an egg, is basically OK.
